2021 Regional Meetings: Framing the Future

10:00 – 10:20 AM: Introductions & WVNPA Updates
10:20 – 10:50 AM: Assessment Tool
10:50 – 11:00 AM: Break
11:00 – 12:15 PM: Assessment Discussion
12:15 – 12:30 PM: Q&A and Closing Remarks

Learn from nonprofits around the state about the capacity challenges they are facing. This will include working with a unique assessment tool that allows leaders, board members, staff, and volunteers to assess where their organization is on a spectrum in over 30 different categories, including fundraising, board development, attracting volunteers and qualified staff, utilizing social media, and many more. Each group will see a graphic representation of the collective results and be able to weigh in on the greatest needs for capacity-building programming in our state. This is designed to be interactive and engaging for nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers – and we hope you will have fun! Just one person can attend – or bring several people from your organization for a more robust view of your nonprofit.

Help us frame the future of our programming! The WVNPA needs the help of the nonprofits around the state to assess their needs. This assessment will help drive the programming opportunities that are most needed to aid in recovery and re-opening and forge positive momentum in the state. The WVNPA strives to be an ally to all nonprofits in the state to bring capacity-building programming and opportunities, offer timely resources for nonprofit leaders, and continue being a strong voice that unites the nonprofit sector and the state as a whole.
