Building culture is critical to the success of nonprofit missions. Participants will learn five essential ingredients of how to intentionally build a caring organizational/workplace culture. We will learn about the 2022 U.S. Surgeon General Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being framework and we will experientially practice resilience skills such as gratitude and mindfulness to build trust and empathy. We will also engage in small and large group discussions to share key learnings.
You will walk away with a practical and impactful culture-building technique as well as a deeper understanding of how to create a people-first work environment.
