2026 West Virginia Nonprofit Compensation Survey
The West Virginia Nonprofit Association has partnered with Association TRENDS to conduct the 2026 West Virginia Nonprofit Compensation Survey, a statewide salary and benefits study designed specifically for nonprofits.
Participation is FREE, and WVNPA members who participate will receive the full report at no cost.

- October 3, 2025: Weekly state participation updates begin
- December 1, 2025: Cover letter due
- December 15, 2025: Survey closes
- February 2026: Final report released

- Free – WVNPA members who participate

- $95 – Non-members who participate

Who Should Complete the Survey?
Primarily HR or finance staff. If your organization doesn’t have these roles, your Executive Director is the most appropriate person.
