The WVNPA and General Member shall mutually hold each other harmless from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from performance of services regardless of whether or not such claim, damage, loss or expense is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder.

Non-Harassment Clause

The WVNPA and the Business-Consultant Member agree that a level of experience, credibility and ongoing mutual respect will exist. This mutual respect extends to an agreement of non-harassment to the Association and its members. The Business-Consultant Member will not conduct heavy sales or harassment of members. If an event takes place, it will be immediately addressed between the WVNPA and the Business-Consultant Member to prevent further occurrences. If further occurrences are not prevented, it will result in a discontinuation of the Business-Consultant’s WVNPA Membership.
