Learn to use the Nonprofit Lifecycles model to assess your nonprofit organization’s current capacity and communicate your capacity building needs to board members, funders and collaborative partners.
You will learn:
• An easy to communicate capacity and lifecycles model
• How to conduct a quick organizational assessment using these models
• How to represent capacity visual to your team, donors, funders and so forth
• How to categorize and prioritize organizational strengths and challenges
• How to use assessment results to communicate to funders and collaborators.
