Hilda Polanco is the founder and CEO of FMA, equipping nonprofit leaders with tools to monitor and manage financial performance and develop a culture of operational excellence since 1999. From offices in NYC, Chicago, Oakland and LA, FMA supports nonprofits nationwide as they build fiscal “muscle” through data-driven, team-based decision-making. A sought after leader in the field, Hilda was a founding member of the selection committee for the New York Nonprofit Excellence Awards, and currently serves as Board Chair for the Education and Research Foundation of the BBB of Metro NY, which upholds and recognizes ethical business and charity practices in NY. She has also served as an adjunct professor with Columbia University’s Department of Health Policy and Management.
