In a condensed three-part look at our very popular class from this spring, we’ll take a complete look at how data can inform and effects your organization by defining the questions you want to answer with data, looking at the existing places you can find important organizational data, and what actual metrics you should track. We’ll continue with the all-important discussion around how should you think about it, measure it, and present it to others. Finally, we’ll wrap up thinking about how it can inform your decision making process.
