Custom AI tools such as GPTs (from ChatGPT) and GEMS (from Gemini) can transform how you manage your workload. Well-developed tools can help in a wide variety of domains—from writing grants and donor communications to analyzing data.
During this practical workshop, Alice Ruhnke and David Gates, will show you how to create your own AI “assistants” that reflect your organization’s voice, goals, and structure. We’ll explore best practices for building custom AI tools that can save time and build capacity.
Whether you’re developing a GPT to help with common writing tasks or want to build a tool to streamline your evaluation process, this session will provide you with the frameworks to get started.
This session is beginner-friendly, but you’ll get the most out of it if you’ve already started experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT. While you don’t need a paid ChatGPT account to attend, many of the features and best practices we’ll cover involve features that require a paid subscription.
Full participation in this webinar is applicable for 1.5 points in Category 1.B -Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
