Carnegie Hall – Marketing Director
Carnegie Hall in Lewisburg is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Director to develop and implement our marketing plan using a wide variety of marketing and communication strategies. The Marketing Director will manage a large portfolio of marketing activities for performances, exhibits, special events, and educational programs. The Marketing Director works across media platforms from digital/social media to print and broadcast. The Marketing Director works closely with the management team to create an annual marketing plan that engages and involves the community in the programming at Carnegie Hall. The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills and be a highly organized and detail-oriented team player who will work with staff across our organization to help ensure the success of our programs and events. We are looking for a candidate with strong computer skills who has demonstrated success in the creation and use of digital and print media, is experienced in web site design and maintenance, and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field and two years of experience in a fast-paced marketing/communication environment is preferred. Catholic Charities West Virginia is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) who works closely with the Executive Staff and Directors to guide and manage all aspects of Catholic Charities West Virginia programs that serve vulnerable populations across the state. Catholic Charities West Virginia is seeking a full-time Program Assistant for its Neighborhood Center location in Wheeling, WV.   Primary responsibilities are to enhance and develop programming, coordinate special events, and oversee staff supervision related to volunteers, food pantry, and the meal delivery program. Catholic Charities West Virginia – Neighborhood Center Coordinator (Wheeling)
Duties include: Providing a welcoming and consistent presence for the Center and its constituents; Responsibility for the daily programs and operation of the Center, under the supervision of the Northern Regional Director; Direct supervision of all Center staff and programming, including coverage, scheduling and staff development, facilities decisions, budget supervision, program development, promotion and attendance at events, and handling crisis and behavioral issues at the Center. Qualified individuals must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Pastoral Ministry, or other related discipline. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills with the ability to track and analyze data. Knowledge of federal, state and community resources, case management practices, and populations served and their culture and needs. Volunteer West Virginia—AmeriCorps Program Officer
The Program Officer is a member of the program team and is jointly responsible for coordinating the selection, support, and evaluation of Volunteer West Virginia (VWV)-funded national service programs (AmeriCorps State and AmeriCorps VISTA); reporting on progress to primary stakeholders; and managing budgets and expenditures of grantees. The program officer may take the lead on a specific area of community or grantee development including the grants process, member and program training, or outreach and new program development. Additionally, the Program Officer is responsible for promoting an ethic of service across the state through outreach efforts and by acting as a liaison between VWV and other organizations that are a part of the service, nonprofit and volunteer network.
