Job duties include: 1) Provide high quality academic instruction to enrolled adult learners. 2) Create effective and engaging lesson plans. 3) Teach reading, writing, and math. 4) Administer and interpret formal/informal assessments to detect baseline academic functioning and to measure progress. 5) Deliver multi-level instruction to learners of varying academic levels. SSVF Case Manager-Eastern WV Community Action

Catholic Charities WV is seeking a full-time Immigration and Refugee Case Manager located in Martinsburg, WV.  This position is responsible for assisting in the development and provision of services to immigrants and refugees in West Virginia, particularly in the Eastern Panhandle.  The person in this position will interview prospective clients about their immigration need and prepare immigration cases in family based immigration matters, adjustment of status, Citizenship and Naturalization, VAWA petitions, U visa petitions and other immigration matters, and will refer clients in need of attorney assistance as appropriate. This position will also provide resettlement services to refugee families resettled throughout the Eastern Region of Catholic Charities WV on a regular basis. Qualifications include: Bilingual required (fluent in Spanish and English); previous experience working with immigrant and/or refugee population required; previous experience as an OLAP accredited representative preferred (if not currently an OLAP accredited representative, must be accredited within two years of hire date); Bachelor’s degree preferred. Catholic Charities WV is seeking a full-time HomeCare Program Specialist who can be located in either Wheeling or Charleston, WV.  This position is responsible for assisting in the development and provision of services to immigrants and refugees in West Virginia, particularly in the Eastern Panhandle.  This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of community outreach and marketing the HomeCare program and services. This includes building referral relationships with community service providers, parishes and faith-based networks, and other partner agencies. The HomeCare Program Specialist is also responsible for recruitment of in-home caregivers and serves as an integral member of the HomeCare team.  Qualifications include: Master’s degree preferred, bachelor’s degree required; at least 3 years of experience working with programs serving people with disabilities and/or seniors (preferably both); the ability to communicate clearly with audiences from various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds. Carnegie Hall -Box Office Manager/Education Associate
Carnegie Hall is looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as Box Office Manager/Education Associate. The Box Office Manager is the first point of contact for patrons calling or visiting Carnegie Hall. The Box Office Manager manages the day-to-day operation of box office and is responsible for ticket sales for all performances and events and for registering patrons for classes, workshops, Kids’ College, and other activities. The Box Office Manager serves as Education Associate, assisting the Education Director with youth and adult education programs and serving as Assistant Director of Kids’ College, our summer arts day camp. The Box Office Manager works with the Education Director to facilitate registration, schedule and communicate with teachers/teaching artists and students, evaluate programs, and manage data for all education programs. Experience teaching or working with children/youth a plus. The Box Office Manager also supervises our continuing efforts to preserve the history of the Hall through a historical exhibit and digital and paper records and archives.
