Catholic Charities WV – Early Childhood Specialist, Child Care Resource Center
Catholic Charities West Virginia is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Specialist (ECS) in its Child Care Resource Center office in Wheeling, WV.  The ECS will work cooperatively with regional child care licensing specialists, regulatory specialists, providers and Division of Early Care and Education staff to identify professional development needs and arrange specific professional opportunities to address these needs.  This position is responsible for providing professional development on Core Knowledge areas to child care providers through a variety of methods including: coaching/mentoring, providing individual or group technical assistance, and developing and conducting trainings.  The ECS works collaboratively with other members of the Professional Development Team.  The ECS must have good written and oral communication skills. High Rocks Educational Corporation – FIRST2 Network Student Coordinator

Carnegie Hall -Box Office Manager/Education Associate
Carnegie Hall is looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as Box Office Manager/Education Associate. The Box Office Manager is the first point of contact for patrons calling or visiting Carnegie Hall. The Box Office Manager manages the day-to-day operation of box office and is responsible for ticket sales for all performances and events and for registering patrons for classes, workshops, Kids’ College, and other activities. The Box Office Manager serves as Education Associate, assisting the Education Director with youth and adult education programs and serving as Assistant Director of Kids’ College, our summer arts day camp. The Box Office Manager works with the Education Director to facilitate registration, schedule and communicate with teachers/teaching artists and students, evaluate programs, and manage data for all education programs. Inspire West Virginia – Part Time Organizer, Charleston
Inspire WV is a program of Inspire U.S, a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization. Catholic Charities WV – Program Assistant, Parkersburg
Catholic Charities West Virginia is seeking a full-time Program Assistant in its Western Region, Parkersburg office.  The Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the enhancement of existing programs in the northern counties of the Western Region and working with the Mobile Food Pantry Coordinator and the Western Regional Director in multiple programs and projects that are essential to carrying out the mission and vision of Catholic Charities WV. WV Food & Farm Coalition
Full time position with the West Virginia Food & Farm Coalition. Job requirements: managing partner projects, working in partnership with community members, understanding and responding to the needs of the food and farm community to advance food equity goals, managing the SNAP Stretch program, and conducting Farmers Market Promotional program outreach. The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation – Basic Needs & Special Initiatives Program Officer
The Basic Needs and Special Initiatives Program Officer works as a part of the program team to identify, evaluate, and recommend collaborative programs that meet TGKVF’s basic needs and special initiatives funding priorities.  In general, TGKVF’s basic needs program assists organizations that provide food, clothing, shelter, and utility assistance to our region’s most vulnerable residents, including low-income seniors, children, and families as well as the working poor.  Special initiatives include projects that may fall outside of the Foundation’s traditional grantmaking and priorities, including work with donor advised funds and giving circles, geographic and/or theme-based initiatives, urgent need grants, and other projects as assigned.  Any project the Foundation supports through its discretionary grantmaking will work to enhance community wealth. Project Manager Position-WV Hub
The WV Community Development Hub is seeking a project manager to provide leadership and project management for the WV POWER Support Project. The WV POWER Support Project is a statewide project that provides convening, technical assistance and coaching support to West Virginia based grantees that have received Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) POWER funds to support economic diversification projects. This position will coordinate, organize and lead internal project management teams, including the staff planning team and the project advisory team. The project manager will be responsible for identifying and maintaining deadlines, delegating responsibilities to team members and holding them accountable, tracking and sharing all internal documentation, including meeting notes, maintaining a database of grantees, resource providers and stakeholders, and participating on work teams within the project as necessary. The time commitment will vary, but the position will take on average 15-25 hours per week. Makerspace Coordinator VISTA
West Virginia students are looking for you! Are you interested in improving education in the Mountain State? Then join The Education Alliance’s team today! The Blended Learning program is a cohort of 7 rural West Virginia schools that improve STEM offerings for students by using a “blended” approach to education. Face-to-face instruction is enhanced through Makerspaces that enable hands-on, project-based learning. Participating teachers “blend” digital instruction using a Learning Management System to organize and create content that enhances student learning. This position will provide the Blended Learning school with additional “people power” to research digital resources for STEM courses, assist teachers to build project-based learning activities, and develop sustainability strategies for the schools’ Makerspaces. Makerspace Coordinator VISTA’s serve full-time for one year at local schools in 5 West Virginia counties. Members receive a $12,310.78 per year living allowance, $6,095.00 education award, one year of federal non-competitive eligibility status, life insurance, health coverage, and child care assistance (if eligible). Members serve in the beautiful hills of West Virginia that offer numerous outdoor activities including hiking, biking, mountain climbing, white water rafting, and skiing.
