The work of the Pallottine Missionary Sisters, which began in Huntington, WV, in 1924 with the formation of St. Mary’s Medical Center, continues with the creation of the Pallottine Foundation of Huntington. The Sisters, through their sponsorship of the Foundation, are ensuring a continuum of care and outreach for the community they have served for so long and with such dedication for many years to come.
Established in 2017, the vision of the Pallottine Foundation of Huntington is to continue the caring legacy of the Pallottine Missionary Sisters in the Tri-State community – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is the mission of the Foundation to support transformative health initiatives that empower all individuals to lead lives of optimal health, self-reliance, and self-respect, and to foster systemic change and collaborative impact in our community.

First Choice operates several programs and helplines across six states with the common goal of promoting well-being and facilitating access to behavioral health and social services. First Choice is proud to be a second-chance employer, offering opportunities to peers with a variety of lived experiences. Our 175+ staff members work around the clock and help over 175,000 people every year.
First Choice began in 1995 as a collaborative effort among West Virginia’s comprehensive behavioral health care centers. The goal was to combine resources and expertise to provide management of statewide behavioral health care contracts. The Board of Directors includes executives from Genesis Youth Crisis Center, Healthways, Potomac Highlands Guild, Prestera Center, Valley HealthCare System, and Westbrook Health.

Roger began his sales career at Osborne/McGraw-Hill, where he was the top sales producer and national sales manager.
He is on the faculty of GE Crotonville, GE’s prestigious leadership development center.
