Rosemary Ketchum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Wheeling Jesuit University and currently serves as the representative for Ward 3 on the City Council of Wheeling, West Virginia. Before joining the West Virginia Nonprofit Association, Rosemary worked as Associate Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, as well as Governance Director at West Virginia Can’t Wait.
Throughout her tenure, Rosemary has dedicated herself to addressing critical issues such as housing, small business support, homelessness, and urban development. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, she was honored as the Appalachian Statesperson of the Year in 2023. Her work in community organizing and politics has garnered national attention, leading to features on platforms including MSNBC, The Today Show, Time Magazine, and CNN.
