Rosemary Ketchum is the Executive Director of the West Virginia Nonprofit Association. She previously served as Ward 3 representative on the Wheeling, West Virginia City Council and has held roles as Associate Director of the Greater Wheeling National Alliance on Mental Illness and Governance Director at West Virginia Can’t Wait.

Rosemary’s work spans housing, homelessness, small business support, and urban development. In 2023 she was named Appalachian Statesperson of the Year. Her community organizing and advocacy work has been featured on MSNBC, The Today Show, Time Magazine, and CNN.
