We’ve all been there: Surrounded by people working toward a common goal yet feeling entirely alone. In a moment where nonprofit organizations are working harder than ever with limited resources and a high burnout rate, we’ve reached a pivotal moment. We must come together or collapse in solitude.
It is time to gather, share, listen, and reflect. In an effort to build regional relationships and a unified front for nonprofit organizations across the state, the West Virginia Nonprofit Association is hosting free regional roundtable discussions: to be a force of unity and a pillar of strength for those putting in the work, showing up when no one else is, and keeping hope alive for families and individuals in our communities.
