This webinar, presented by Mindy Muller from Community Development Professionals, offers foundational training for understanding the structure of a nonprofit organization. Do you struggle with how to build your board? Develop your programs? Plan for resources? Do you get stuck with prioritizing when there’s so much to do? Participants will be introduced to the six components of organizational development and how the components integrate into creating a sustainable and healthy nonprofit organization. This includes an assessment of organization health and offers an opportunity for participants to commit to action items to move the organization forward.
