Description:

Grant writing doesn’t have to be a stressful, last-minute scramble that falls on one person’s shoulders. Unfortunately, within many nonprofits, that’s exactly how it feels.

Deadlines sneak up, key details are missing, and collaboration breaks down just when it matters most. The end result? Rushed proposals and missed opportunities for funding that could make a difference.

During this webinar with Mark Goldstein, you’ll discover a proven ten-step system that helps your entire organization work together toward successful grant submissions. You’ll see how to bring colleagues on board, reduce stress, and make the grant process smoother, more strategic, and more successful.

You’ll learn how to:
  • engage key team members early to gather critical information for stronger applications;
  • set clear rules for deciding which grants to pursue and communicate them organization-wide;
  • build more time into your process to avoid last-minute changes and rushed submissions;
  • make participation in grant writing attractive and manageable for non-grant staff; and,
  • foster collaboration that strengthens proposals and improves overall grant readiness.

By the end of this session, you’ll understand how to shift from a siloed grant-writing model to a culture where everyone plays a role in success.

Who should attend:

This webinar is perfect for grant professionals with real-world experience in larger organizations who want to navigate the common challenges of cross-team coordination, as well as those in smaller offices where multiple people share grant-related responsibilities.

After the webinar, you’ll receive:
  • slides and handouts; and,
  • a link to the webinar recording.
