Meeting community needs through the work of nonprofit organizations, grassroots groups, and social enterprise can be extremely rewarding. It can also be challenging. Join nonprofit staff, volunteers, board members, funders, and community members from the Mid-Ohio Valley and beyond as we explore how we can sustain our work and ourselves and succeed both personally and professionally.
