Our WV Nonprofit Compliance session of the ABC’s of 501c3’s was created to assist nonprofit leaders in understanding nonprofit compliance, licensing, and laws/statutes that impact nonprofit organizations. Experienced speakers will showcase the online compliance forms all nonprofits can use and answer questions about state nonprofit law regarding compliance for board organizing, fundraising, and more.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions about all aspects of compliance with state government. Representatives from the WV Secretary of State’s office will answer questions and suggest resources so you never feel alone.
Participants can ask questions anonymously by sending questions prior to the session to membership@wvnpa.org, or ask live during the session. The session will be recorded and made available to participants and WVNPA members as an ongoing resource.
In the ABC’s of 501c3’s, no question is too big or too small and there are no dumb questions. You never know who else you may be helping by asking your question!
