Nonprofits LEAD is excited to host our annual capacity building conference happening on May 13, 2026, at Marietta College. This event is dedicated to nonprofit

 professionals eager to enhance their organizational capacity, attracting over 175 nonprofit professionals from Ohio and West Virginia.

This year, we’re thrilled to introduce our second annual Vendor Fair! Last year, nearly 25 vendors hosted a table to connect with attendees, promote their services and discuss ways to collaborate. We’re excited to once again help connect our attendees with valuable local resources like yours, creating a space for meaningful networking and collaboration.

As a vendor, you’ll have the unique chance to:

  • Directly engage with decision-makers and leaders from a diverse range of nonprofits.
  • Increase your brand visibility among influential community organizations.
  • Build meaningful connections and potential partnerships within the nonprofit sector.

Please note that you will be responsible for all materials, set up and tear down of your booth. Tables and chairs are provided. Vendor registration includes 1 (one) conference registration and meals complimentary. Any additional vendors wishing to attend will be provided a discount code to register. Registration closes on April 24th, or when all tables have been reserved.

As we begin planning the 2026 Nonprofits LEAD Annual Conference, I’m excited to invite you to partner with us as a sponsor for what promises to be our most impactful year yet on May 13th at Marietta College.

Our 2025 conference was our biggest year to date with record attendance, meaningful growth in our vendor presence, and an elevated caliber of presenters from across the region. The response from nonprofit leaders affirmed our conference’s role as a cornerstone capacity-building event for the Mid-Ohio Valley, and we’re energized to build on that momentum in 2026.

Nonprofits LEAD remains firmly committed to providing a high-quality, locally rooted conference that is accessible to nonprofit organizations of all sizes. Even as event costs continue to rise, we are not increasing registration prices for nonprofit attendees this year. Sponsorship support allows us to honor that commitment while continuing to invest in an exceptional experience for our participants.

Attached, you’ll find our 2026 sponsorship packages for your review. Several sponsorship levels include a vendor table, offering a valuable opportunity to connect directly with nonprofit professionals, share tools and resources, and build relationships with organizations actively working to strengthen their capacity and impact.

To assist with planning and promotion, we ask that sponsorship commitments be confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3rd. In order to be included as a sponsor on conference t-shirts, funds must be received by 5pm Friday, April 24th.
