Welcome to the Nonprofits LEAD annual capacity building conference 2026! We are so excited you’re here. Whether you’ve never attended before, attended a few times, or you have attended every single conference, we welcome you to the Mid-Ohio-Valley’s premier capacity building conference. This conference is designed for:

8:00am – 8:45am Registration, Breakfast, and Vendor Fair (our second annual!)

8:45am – 9:45am Introduction, Welcome, & Keynote

10:00am – 11:00am Workshop Session 1

11:15am – 12:15pm Workshop Session 2

12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch

1:30pm – 2:30pm Workshop Session 3

2:30pm – 3:15pm Trivia, Live Music, & Ice Cream Social

3:15pm – 3:30pm Prize Drawings & Closing Remarks

You’re not limited to just one track! Feel free to mix and match sessions from any of the themes that interest you. For example, you might choose an HR session in the morning, a marketing session after lunch, and wrap up the day with a finance session. Customize your experience to best fit your interests and needs!
